By using Hoardistry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Hoardistry helps users identify, document, organize, and estimate the condition and value of collectibles. Features may change as the product develops.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity through your account and for maintaining access to your sign-in provider. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or attempt unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of inventory information and photographs you submit. You grant Hoardistry the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, back up, and analyze that content to provide features you request.

AI analysis and value estimates

Identification, condition, grade, and value outputs are estimates based on visible information. They are not professional grading, authentication, appraisal, financial advice, or a guarantee of sale price. Verify important decisions independently.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect identification, data recovery, or error-free synchronization. Keep exports or other backups of important records.

Account termination

You may stop using Hoardistry or delete your account at any time. We may suspend access needed to prevent abuse, address security risks, comply with law, or protect the service and its users.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hoardistry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses resulting from reliance on automated analysis or estimates.
