Privacy Policy

Hoardistry is a photo-first collectibles inventory service. This policy explains what information we process and the choices available to you.

Information we process

When you sign in, we receive basic account information from your chosen authentication provider, such as your name, email address, and provider identifier. We process inventory records, photographs, clarification answers, prices, notes, synchronization data, and account settings you choose to save. We also process limited technical information needed for security and reliability, including request timestamps, request identifiers, response status, duration, and service errors.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, store and synchronize your collection, analyze photographs when you request it, operate and secure the service, diagnose failures, and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Hoardistry uses Supabase for authentication, database, and private object storage; Render for application hosting and operational logs; Google for optional sign-in; and OpenAI for user-requested image analysis. Images submitted for analysis are sent to OpenAI with API storage disabled. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

Inventory data remains until you delete it or your account. Replaced or deleted cloud photos may be retained for a recovery window of up to 30 days before permanent removal. Operational logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s configured retention. The in-app Delete Account control removes known private photo objects, then deletes your account and cloud metadata. Local browser data for that account is also removed from the current device.

Your choices

You can export your inventory, sign out, delete individual records, or permanently delete your account from Account & Sync. Detailed instructions are available on the account-deletion page. You may also revoke Hoardistry’s access through your sign-in provider.

Security and children

We use access controls, private storage, encrypted transport, and account-scoped database policies. No online service is completely risk-free. Hoardistry is not directed to children under 13.
